Custom Signs
One of our favorite things to create are signs, custom designed to bring your idea to life in your home or a bold way for your business to catch the eye of customers. Look at the bottom of the Custom Projects tab for more info.

Lead Times / Fulfillment Policy
We keep plenty of materials in stock so our more standard items will typically ship the week we receive payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Customized items bring the personal touch you want but increase lead/shipping times. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will inform you of any extended timelines.

All sales are final. The majority of our products are customized to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Shipping
We do not do rush orders or offer expedited shipping. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping needs. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and postal delays. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery method chosen

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the USPS website or app.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS if necessary. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds
Products with defects or damage incurred during shipping will be eligible for exchange or refund. Any damage (i.e. something coming unglued, paint chipped) incurred by the customer after delivery will not be refunded.
Once delivered, you will have 3 days to contact us regarding a return or refund. Use the Contact tab to request a return or refund. Please include your order number, reason for return, and details about the item you wish to return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product​​

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the defect or error, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Copyright Issues
Due to copyright / trademark infringement, we do not sell items with re-created sports team logos, brand logos, etc.
